Paid Consulting Calls may be rescheduled or refunded if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or no-shows, are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted per booking if notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance.

No. Discovery Calls are always complimentary. They’re designed to help us understand your goals and see if working together makes sense. If it’s a fit, you’ll be invited to a full Buyer or Seller Strategy Session for a detailed plan.

If it’s a good fit, you’ll be invited to a Buyer or Seller Strategy Session where we’ll create a tailored plan for your next move in the Atlanta market.

Out of respect for existing brokerage agreements, I cannot provide a second opinion on your current listing during a free Discovery Call. If you’d still like my professional perspective while listed with another agent, that option is available through a Paid Consulting Call.
