My name is Terence Richardson; I am a husband to my amazing wife Stephanie, and a father to two young children: William and Elizabeth.

What It's Like Working With Terence

Terence helped us buy a home in GA when we moved there 4 years ago from WI. We relocated back to WI this past July and he sold our home in GA for us in 2 days. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the industry well and negotiated great deals for us. Both transactions were smooth and no work on our end. We highly recommend Terence Richardson. From our first contact with him we had complete confidence that he knew how to market our house. We have bought and sold many houses over the years. No one has been a better negotiator on our behalf and protector of our interests. When the inevitable speed bumps came along, he gave us wise advice and kept us from panic. If you want someone who will fully represent you in the scare real estate world, Terence is the one.

I was in the real estate business for 50 years, so when I had two houses to sell, I got referrals and did research. After careful consideration, I selected Terence Richardson as he not only had excellent experience, he also is very savvy with online marketing. Needless to say, I’m very happy with our choice. Terence not only got us offers quickly, he got above asking price on one of the houses and a good offer on the other house.

Terence Richardson was recommended to me by my aunt who had previously used him to sell her house. I was already nervous about it all because that’s just who I am, but from the first time I met Terence, he made me feel at ease and explained things in a way that I could understand. We had so many showings and offers in less than a week that he finally had to put a hold on it. Almost every offer I got was over asking, and Terence helped me weed through the offers explaining which ones were better and why. We were under contract within a week and closed in less than a month.

I was referred to Terence right before a foreclosure. I thought I was out of options and Terence turned that all around. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. It took about 5 months to finally sell our house but Terence was relentless and very reassuring. He is the one you want on your team.

Terence Richardson is a very Professional realtor who knows his stuff. He helped me sell my first home around 2012 in a tough market, and helped me purchase my second home around 2017, then helped me sell that home in 2022. Later that year, he helped me purchase my 3rd home in 2022. What I'm trying to say is that I have no desire to work with another Realtor, because Terrence is Knowledgeable, Professional, Dependable, Experienced, and just all around Friendly.

You will not find a more dedicated and capable real estate agent than Terence. He helped me sell my property in 2023 in a difficult time - market rapidly changing, personally being remote to the area, and pre-sell needs for renovations. He was instrumental in suggesting what improvements to make relative to the benefits, assisted in finding contractors, retailers and stagers based on his experience. He even went above and beyond to help oversee renovations - visiting to keep an eye on progress, opening the property to contractors, etc. He is very analytical in his market research and really brings you the right information to help you make the best decisions - no question he did for me. I would never use anyone but Terence to sell or buy in north/northwest suburbs of Atlanta.

Terence found us our first home! He was a wonderful agent to work with. Terence was always patient as we explored each house and weighed the pros and cons. Terence has a calm, non-pushy personality that we got along well with. He was also always available to us to answer questions, reply to emails, go look at houses right away. He recommended a lender he had worked with that was great. The two of them worked together and with us through the whole process and it went so smoothly despite it being a short sale. The house we finally landed on was in a neighborhood he found for us. It was perfect!! Then he worked us through each step of the buying process until we had our new home. His only downfall was that he lost our repeat business by finding us a perfect home we will never want to move from 😉

Terence is wonderful to work with through the whole process of selling your house and buying a new one. The support he provided in selling my house was top notch and I got a contract on my house within 1 day! He was very helpful and patient throughout when buying my new house, always made me feel like my satisfaction was very important to him. Recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.

Terence helped me sell two houses and purchase two houses and I could not be happier with the service. He could answer all my questions and was very patient with me during the purchasing process (we looked at 100 houses before settling on one). Additionally, he helped immensely when I sold my house, giving much needed advice for preparing my house. He was also very thorough when he researched the market to determine the list price. Terence did a great job of selling our 2 bedroom condo in downtown Atlanta. Was very professional, sent a stager in to give us suggestions on how to prepare the unit for best showing. He took professional pictures and kept us informed of the activity on our unit and around Atlanta. We were out of the country when the sale closed and he made it easy for us to get POA and close sale; allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying about the sale. Would highly recommend Terence

Terence is a wonderful agent. He helped me every step along the way as I purchased my first home. He consistently provided rock solid advice. As a result, all of my decisions felt informed. He's an excellent communicator. He patiently took the time to thoroughly explain anything that I wasn't understanding. He's incredibly responsive. We listed our Marietta home with Terrence, and found his communication, professionalism, honesty and integrity to be truly "5 star"! He gave us good advice on what was needed to sell a unique home like ours. He produced quality marketing materials and he personally showed the house many times. Ultimately we received two good offers, and he has continued to assist us, even after the sale closed. He's a pleasure to work with, he works hard, and I highly recommend him!
