Rhonda Yearwood

A Florida native who has called Atlanta home for more than 20 years, Rhonda brings 30 years of experience supporting teams and leadership to every file she manages for the Terence Richardson Group.

She entered real estate in 2020 as a Notary Signing Agent, closing and notarizing more than 300 transactions for title companies, lenders, attorneys, and direct clients. That work gave her a close view of what actually keeps a closing on track, and it led naturally to transaction coordination.

Today, Rhonda manages the details of the closing process from contract to close: tracking deadlines, keeping communication clear between all parties, and making sure every document meets compliance standards. She is the steady hand behind every transaction we take on, and our clients feel it in how calm the road to closing day can be.
