Now Hiring - Executive Assistant for High Performing Real Estate Team
TERENCE RICHARDSON GROUP
Compass | Alpharetta, GA
Executive Assistant
Full-Time | In-Person Alpharetta, GA | $25–$30/hr + Quarterly Bonus | Start: Late July / Early August 2026
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Terence Richardson Group is a top-producing residential real estate team operating under Compass in Alpharetta, GA. With over 16 years of experience, $100M+ in career sales, and a client base of 400+, we are consistently ranked in the top 2% of Atlanta REALTORS®.
We are a team of three agents and growing. We run a disciplined, systems-driven operation and use AI and technology as a genuine competitive advantage. We have a dedicated team office at 2475 Northwinds Pkwy, Suite 300, Alpharetta, GA 30009, inside the Compass brokerage location.
THE ROLE
We are hiring an Executive Assistant who finds deep satisfaction in being the engine behind a high-performing team, not the face of it. This is a full-time, in-person position responsible for keeping our listings, transactions, client relationships, and daily operations running flawlessly so our agents can stay focused on clients.
This role is the operational backbone of our business. It is high-trust, high-visibility, and carries real responsibility. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive operator who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives inside a structured system, you will excel here.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Transaction & Listing Operations
- Own the Listing Launch checklist: coordinate photography, staging, signage, and MLS entry with accuracy and on deadline
- Act as the administrative bridge from contract to close: manage signatures via Compass One, track all contingency deadlines, and ensure compliance paperwork is submitted to the brokerage, other party’s agent, closing attorney, and lender
- Execute our post-closing Final Lap: collect client reviews, send closing gifts, and ensure a smooth handoff into our long-term client cultivation program
- Prepare weekly marketing stat reports for sellers
Agent & Calendar Support
- Manage agent calendars and protect agent time by filtering and triaging vendor communication, inquiries, and non-urgent requests
- Answer incoming calls and emails with a polished, professional demeanor that reflects our brand
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts, deadlines, and operational gaps before they become problems
Client Cultivation & Concierge
- Execute our Client Cultivation program: manage database outreach, birthday and anniversary touchpoints, holiday gifts, closing gifts, and pop-by items
- Maintain our CRMs (CompassOne and HighLevel) with accuracy and consistency
- Serve as a professional point of contact for high-value clients when agents are unavailable
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create clean, on-brand social media graphics and post updates for new listings using Canva
- Conduct occasional research for market updates, blog topics, and marketing campaigns, pulling data from the MLS as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- You are an operations-minded professional who takes pride in flawless execution. Specifically:
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, nothing falls through the cracks
- Calm under pressure and able to pivot quickly without losing composure
- A natural problem-solver who does not need hand-holding
- Comfortable making independent decisions with sound judgment
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with ease
- Polished and professional when working directly with clients and agents
- Confident and capable using AI tools in everyday business applications
- Someone who finds satisfaction in supporting and enabling others, not in being the center of attention
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant or Operations experience, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced professional services environment
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of poise and professionalism
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn: FMLS, GAMLS, Compass One, HighLevel CRM, Canva, and AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude
- Active Georgia Real Estate License is a meaningful plus for operational flexibility, but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Quarterly Bonus: Performance bonus calculated as a percentage of net team production.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Occasional evening or weekend client events (1–2 per quarter, compensated at overtime rate).
- Start Date: Late July / Early August 2025
- Location: In-person at our dedicated team office, 2475 Northwinds Pkwy, Suite 300, Alpharetta, GA 30009
GROWTH & LONG-TERM FIT
We are building a real team, not filling a seat. As the team grows, this role has the potential to evolve into a broader operations function for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not someone who is using this role as a stepping stone to something else. If you are a career operator who takes pride in running things well and finds meaning in helping others win, we want to talk to you.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
