Hey, I'm Terence!

This is my family, and we live in Atlanta. Originally from Canada, I moved to the U.S. in 2009—right in the middle of the worst housing crash since the Great Depression. Great timing, right? But I made it work. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in the Atlanta market, learning a thing or two thousand along the way.
