Stephanie Richardson

Stephanie is the Operations Director and a licensed agent with the Terence Richardson Group at Compass.

She grew up an Army kid, moving through England, Germany, Italy, and Egypt before landing in metro Atlanta in the seventh grade. Packing a household, learning a new city, and starting over on a deadline was simply how life worked. That upbringing gave her an early education in logistics and a lasting understanding of what a move actually asks of a family.

She runs the back office: the systems, standards, and workflows that keep the team's listings, marketing, and closings on track. She also plans the events that bring past clients back together, because a closing is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. Whether she is showing a home or hosting a get-together, Stephanie is the reason this team feels organized from the first call to years after the keys change hands.

Outside the business, Stephanie is Terence's wife, a cancer survivor since 2019, and mom to Irish twins, William and Elizabeth, which means she has real perspective on what qualifies as an emergency and a high tolerance for managing two things at once.
